Men’s small groups are about being, not doing.
We are training up a new generation of men who think differently about everything, starting with themselves.
9 out of 10 men’s groups are great at “checking the boxes” of doing prayer, doing Bible studies, doing work, or missions projects.
As men, that’s what we DO! We are human DOINGS! If your heart is looking for more than doing - there are men’s groups forming where you can be known and find freedom and wholeness for who you ARE.
As the “men of the church,” we feel the responsibility to be the “backbone” of the Church.
We serve on elder boards and missions boards. We hold men’s retreats and the message is this:
Lead! Pick up your sword and do MORE! Work harder!
We look at porn, have affairs, drink too much, take pills - you name it! All the while, we hide “our stuff” from everyone. Inside we hear this voice, “You’re not doing it right. You’re not enough. You’re a phony.” We believe the lie from hell that, “If you knew me, you wouldn’t love me.”
Men are floundering. We need leaders who see themselves the way the Father sees them: as Beloved Sons of the King.
We want to help men connect with their hearts.
We know the challenges you face as a leader. That’s why we offer training, resources, and support to help you create an environment where men can connect those 18 inches between their heads and their hearts.
When men connect with their hearts, they find wholeness and become the leaders God designed them to be. We want to see every man reach his full potential and become all he was created to be. We want to help you shepherd other men into Kingdom living.

“Sometimes we motivate ourselves by thinking of what we want to become. Sometimes we motivate ourselves by thinking about who we don’t ever want to be again.”
– Shane Niemeyer
